Your Workspace, Our Passion

Established in 2003, Wakefield Business Centres provide a range of unrivalled period properties and conference facilities located adjacent to the East Coast main line to London Kings Cross.

Wakefield’s connectivity to the Yorkshire region is unique as it is situated at the heart of the UK`s transport network set astride the M1, M62 and A1.

With offices situated near junction 40 or 41 of the M1 and adjacent to the New Westgate train station, access to London Kings Cross is less than 2hrs away.

Flexible terms starting from 1 month licenses to give tenants ultimate control to meet their business’ needs. A professional service with a proactive approach means each business can concentrate on running their business with minimal administrative burden.

A wide range of workspace provisions allow companies to grow including: Virtual Offices, Hot Desks, Dedicated Workspace and Dedicated Office Suites.

Comprehensive facilities such as; a manned reception, conference facilities, secretarial duties, virtual PA, fax to email and mentoring all provide an unrivalled quality service for your business.

Our branding is kept low profile so companies can promote their business as though the building was their own.

Flexible Licence or Lease

We believe in offering a high degree of flexibility and provide both licences as well as leases, licences are generally beneficial to start-up`s and businesses wanting more flexibility.

It may not be possible to commit to a long term and avoids lease commitments.

The advantages of a licence:

Licences cover a relatively short period of time – in general up to six months, whereas leases usually run for many years and can have onerous conditions.
Most licences give both the landlord and tenant the right to terminate the agreement. A typical notice period is 28 days.
Solicitor’s fees are included so you do not need to pay us to prepare a licence.
